What method of payment do you accept?

When will my order get shipped?
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepped for shipping within 24-48hrs. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers or messaged via SMS if a phone number is added to your order. If you haven’t received an email from contact@suxqsou.com

I ordered the wrong item can i change the size?
Unfortunately, once an order has been successfully places it can no longer be modified. If your order has not be shipped, please email us at contact@suxqsou.com and we would be happy to cancel your order so you can order the correct items. If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items. Please note that we can not combine orders and refund shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
YES, we ship Domestic and Internationally through United States Postal Service (USPS) and offer standard shipping within 2-4 business days or express shipping within 1-3 (domestic only). International shipping rates calculated at checkout and is based on weight and may have duty and taxes. Please note that we do not have control over shipment delays.
Do you allow returns and exchange for international orders?
For international orders we do not allow exchanges, we only allow returns. Returns are permitted 14 days from date of delivery only for international orders. Sender is responsible for shipping fees.
How can i cancel, modify my order?
There is a 24-48hr processing time for all orders. If you desire a cancellation, modification please email us at contact@suxqsou.com with request. Request to cancel or modify beyond initial order processing time will be treated as a return or refund. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please email us at contact@suxqsou.com before you order. You will receive a response from a member of our team within 24-48hrs. SUXQ cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. We are not liable to refund/replace misplaced orders.
I entered the wrong address on my order/ My package is lost or stolen
Once order has been processed and shipped SUXQ can not be held liable for incorrect addresses inputted with order. You will be provided a tracking number to locate your package in the event it is lost or misplaced. For help with lost or stolen packages please email us at contact@suxqsou.com and we will do out best to find a resolution you.
I have received a damaged/defective item
On behalf of SUXQ we sincerely apologize. Damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any claims beyond the 7 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced/returned/refunded. Please email us immediately at contact@suxqsou.com if you have received a damaged/defective item and input in your message body the following:

I haven’t received my package
Please email us immediately at contact@suxqsou.com within 7 days from the expected date of delivery. Any claims beyond the 7 days will be considered void. For example: If your shipment expected date of arrival was Monday June 1st at 9pm, you have until Monday June 8th at 9pm to notify us of your delayed or not delivered shipment. For extenuating circumstances, a store credit may be offered for resolution at the discretion of management.
I no longer want the item/ the item doesn’t fit and I want to exchange for another size/I want a refund/ How do I return?
We accept returns on items within 20 days from the date of delivery. Any return request beyond the 20 days will be considered wear and tear and cannot be replaced/exchanged/or refunded (also includes sale items which are final sale and not returnable regardless of meeting 20-day policy). Please email us at contact@suxqsou.com to request return and provide reason. A team member will contact you within 24-48hrs of receiving request with instructions on where to send return and/or if you qualify for refund based on terms stated previously. You will be responsible for shipping cost for return. SUXQ is not liable for lost returns without a receipt or tracking and delivery confirmations. We recommend shipping with insurance and/or keeping your receipt and tracking number for your records until your return is confirmed received by us and processed. Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Then refund will be processed within 24-48hrs, with funds returned to your account of original form of payment. If you do not see the refund within this timeframe, contact your bank or card issuer. If it has been more than 7 business days, please email us at contact@suxqsou.com we will look into the refund for you! SUXQ reserve the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned to you at your expense.
